MEVILLA REAL ESTATE – YOUR AGENT IN CABO ROIG

Who We Are

Mevilla Real Estate S.L. is a real estate agency established in Orihuela Costa, Alicante, since 1999.

It was founded by Olaf Kunigk and Maria Luisa Carnicero Marcos as a family business and currently has a team of six professionals at your service.

In 2016, we expanded our office in Cabo Roig and also have branches in Zurich (Switzerland) and Hamburg (Germany).

Specialization and Services

We specialize in the sale of exclusive villas, with a vast network of contacts worldwide. Our sales team speaks German, English, Norwegian, and Russian to provide personalized service to our international clients.

Besides being a reference in this sector, many real estate agencies in the area consider us the first point of contact when they have a client with a high budget.

We have the official A.P.I. certifications, and our reputation is based on solvency, transparency, and honesty.

Our Location and Service Area

Our headquarters in Cabo Roig allows us to offer the best villas for sale in this area and in surrounding locations of Orihuela Costa, including:

  • Campoamor
  • La Zenia
  • Playa Flamenca
  • Torrevieja (Punta Prima and La Veleta)

On our website, we only list properties for sale directly from the owners, with no intermediaries and at the best price.

Our Clients

We maintain a solid relationship of trust with both property sellers and buyers, based on professionalism and honesty.

The sales commission is paid by the property owners.

We believe that satisfied clients are the best marketing, as word-of-mouth is our greatest guarantee of success.

Our Philosophy

We know that you have worked hard for many years to invest in the home of your dreams. That is why we are committed to finding the best option for you at the best possible price.

We want our relationship to go beyond just a sale. Your satisfaction and recommendation to friends and family are far more valuable to us than any advertisement.

We aspire to continue selling homes in Orihuela Costa for the next 30 years, becoming your trusted agency.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a property on the Costa Blanca, we are your best choice.

Best Regards,

Olaf Kunigk
